Welcome to Budleigh Farm, Self Catering in Newton Abbot. Budleigh Farm is situated in the beautiful Wray valley on the edge of Dartmoor in the county of Devon, England. Two of the outer fields have been made into modest target shooting ranges. We feel the original character of the place has been retained and visitors come to relax and enjoy the tranquil Devon countryside.
There are seven self-catering options available, all expertly converted stone barns. There is ample on-site parking space. Prices include electricity, linen and towels – absolutely no hidden extras. The accommodation is fully equipped with digital TV/DVD and enhanced WirelessN Wi-fi. The kitchens have electric cookers and microwaves.
Budleigh Farm is one mile outside the historic market town of Moretonhampstead in the Dartmoor National Park, in the county of Devon.
Self catering charges include: Heating via our biomass boiler; a pint of milk and the means of making tea and coffee on arrival; towels and bed linen; digital TV; DVD; WiFi;electricity; fuel for the accommodation with wood-burners; heated swimming pool May to September (dates cannot be precise as they are weather dependent).
DOGS are welcome in the Link, Studio, Granary and Flexi but regrettably we are unable to accept them in the Linney, Stable or Range. Charge per week: £20.00 per dog. Other pets by negotiation. Owners are financially responsible for any damage caused.
We respectfully request that our guests do not come before 3pm on arrival day and they leave before 10am on departure day. This is to enable us to make the accommodation ready for the next guests.
