Accommodation at Cornwall

Welcome to Trevair Touring & Camping Park,Accommodation at Cornwall.Bring your friends and family to Trevair Touring & Camping Park, a peaceful, spacious camping and caravan site located near Marazion and Penzance in beautiful West Cornwall.

Set within 3 acres of lawned, sub-tropical planted grounds, our tranquil, warm and friendly site includes an early 19th century farm house, and is surrounded by fields and woodland in the peace and quiet of a secluded sunny valley.

We welcome tents, caravans, camper vans, and motor homes and are able to provide you with a generous space and modern facilities in out beautifully kept site. If you prefer, we have two 4-berth holiday caravans, as well as our Trevair Farm Cottages holiday lets. Are you a diver? We also have Diving air & facilities.

The park location allows for exploring both the North and South coasts, being only a few miles from the beautiful beaches of Praa Sands, Prussia Cove, Perranuthnoe, Marazion, Lamorna, and the delightful town of St. Ives.

The local village offers amenities such as a general store, post office and two family friendly pubs. There are also a number of larger supermarkets situated between Marazion and Penzance.

Trevair Touring Park is particularly suited to divers as we offer Air and Nitrox, and have plenty of ground space for you to keep your RIB on site.

We have a large compressor on site which fills to 260 bar and being 80 cubic feet (2,265 litres) per minute means you don’t have to wait long for your fills. We also have a 25,000 cubic feet (708,000 litre) air bank. We pump cylinders from 8am till late, 7 days a week, so generally there’s no waiting or rushing around. We also fill Nitrox.

Diving in the area varies and caters for every need, from 10 metres for the more novice diver, to 50 metres+ for the experienced. Dive sites comprise spectacular reefs, walls and drop-offs, along with wrecks of all ages, sizes and depths.

The clear, warm waters of Cornwall makes a haven for wonderful sea-life, and even the occasional friendly seal or dolphin can be seen – it’s a photographers paradise.

We don’t offer charters, but if you have your own boat we can help you out with transits and GPS marks. We can also recommend local dive centres for you to contact for try dives, fun dives (if you’re already trained), or training courses.

Prussia Cove is one of the best beach dives in England. There’s wreckage from the Warsprite, and gullies and caverns. The car park is 10/15 minutes from the site with no traffic problems. Gear has to be carried the last 50 steps into gorge.

At Marazion, Ribs can be launched from the beach. There’s a wreck in the bay, and scenic diving at the back of the mount. Car park, toilets, cafe etc. 10/15 minutes from site. Traffic can be heavy in high season.

Lamorna Cove is just the other side of Penzance and is a popular launch site for divers, both shore and boat. Lamorna provides great access to reef and wreck diving in Mount’s Bay. There’s a slipway for boats, a car park, toilets and cafe. Set of early to avoid the traffic in high season.

Penzance and Hayle also both have a slipway. For the experienced diver the North Coast offers a considerable amount of wrecks to explore, especially in St.Ives Bay.
