Ilfracombe with its quaint and picturesque harbour is only an 8 mile drive.

Deluxe master bedroom decorated and furnished to a very high standard with a kingsize bed and large fitted wardrobe/storage space. This bedroom features an orangery skylight roof which floods in plenty of light. En-suite with large shower, wc, basin and heated towel rail.

Open plan contemporary kitchen/dining area. Well equipped kitchen complete with double oven, hob, microwave. fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dining area with large table and chairs, leading to a small utility room with a washer/dryer.

Comfortable lounge area with full length double patio doors leading on to an undercover outside area with a bistro table and chairs. Ideal for your morning coffee. Treetops has its own elevated terrace accessed by steps. The terrace is south facing with far reaching views of the village and surrounding area. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a BBQ. Parking is directly outside the property.
Storage for bikes/surfboards is also directly outside the property alongside an outside tap and drainage area which is ideal for washing wetsuits etc.
