Welcome to Teania Cottage, Bed & Breakfast in St Martins. A superb, newly built family cottage, Teania Cottage is available for rental throughout the year in Lower Town, St Martin’s, Isles of Scilly.
This purpose built, detached, granite-faced, traditionally slated, double-glazed cottage, specially designed for island holidays is located in the smallest of the three hamlets on St Martin’s.
Owned and personally cared for by Dawn and Keith Bradford who live next door, Teania comprises two spacious king or twin bedded rooms on the ground floor, both with en-suite facilities, and a light, conservatory style entrance hall, leading to the secluded decking with garden furniture and BBQ.
The stunning 180 degree sea and island views from the open plan living area and kitchen on the first floor span from the Eastern Islands, through the main island of St Mary’s in the South to the island of Tresco in the West.
The fully equipped kitchen will more than satisfy the demands of contemporary family entertaining. Alternatively, enjoy an evening out at one of the many eateries on St Martin’s, St Mary’s, St Agnes, Tresco or Bryher.
Long white sandy beaches are within minutes from the cottage.
Located in Lower Town, the smallest of the three hamlets on the third largest of the inhabited islands that make up the archipelago of the Isles of Scilly, St Martin’s. is a great base for exploring the Scillies with regular tripper boats to all the other islands during the season which usually runs from March to October.
