Self Catering in Thirsk
Welcome to Rose Cottage Farm, Self Catering in Thirsk. Enjoy a stay in our 3 star self catering Holiday Cottages situated in the heart of Herriot Country (North Yorkshire) with superb scenery and wonderful walking and a chance to meet with some of the rare breeds/animals kept at the farm.
Briar Cottage:
One bedroomed, beamed cottage comprising a delightful bedroom (super king or twin bed) with a separate bathroom and shower on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an open plan lounge/dining area which is separated from a fully fitted kitchen by a large oak beam. The kitchen contains a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge with 3 star freezer compartment and comes complete with large storage cupboards. The view from the lounge overlooks the patio, pergola and open countryside.
Bramble Cottage:
One bed roomed beamed cottage comprising a delightful bedroom (king-sized bed) with ensuite shower and facilities on the ground floor. Upstairs is an open plan lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen contains a full size oven and hob, microwave and fridge with 3 star freezer compartment. From the lounge there is a panoramic view across the Vale of York to the Pennines.
The cottages are all electric.
We have a cat chalet for up to 3 cats for guests wishing to bring their cats. It is £10 per week or £5 per day. All litter, food etc can be purchased from the premises (cats must have full vaccination certificate). Dogs are allowed at £10 per dog per stay and we have a paddock to exercise the dogs.
Within easy reach of Thirsk, Helmsley, York, Scarborough, Harrogate, Malton, the North York Moors and the Yorkshire Dales.
Cats are allowed by arrangement.
