We ask that guests check-in from 3.30pm, check-out is at 10.30 am. If arrival is expected to be EARLIER than 3.30pm or LATER than 6.00 pm please advise us when booking.

Should you forget your trusty toothbrush, razor or smelly stuff……just ask, these can be provided at a small additional charge of £2.00.
As the Scottish weather can be “changeable” we also provide a selection of sizes in wellington boots so you can still enjoy a walk on the beach.

Whether you luxuriate in your Super King bedroom or tirelessly toil through the latest magazines and countless TV channels in the guest lounge. What a choice! Our guest lounge has an open fire, 36″ LCD TV and plenty of Board games supplied.
Are you staying for a few days and enjoyed the welcome scones so much that you would like some more?? Afternoon Tea and Coffee, with scones and jam, can be provided at a cost of £3.50 per person.
