In 1920, two sisters named Lu and Cena started an elite establishment to cater to the gentry of London. They named it after their own names “Lucena”.
In those days when the town season came to an end, the general idea for all the popular elite of the town was to relax and recuperate in a sea-side town. They were a hit! And were soon established as a success. We have carried that legacy forward, providing you quality accommodation with a great service.
