Welcome to Lon Lodges, Self Catering in Rhayader. Lon Lodges offer two bespoke self catering lodges built on the family farm rearing a mixture of cattle and sheep. The holiday lodges are situated in Nantmel near Rhayader in Powys.
Both Lodges have been sustainably built using locally sourced timber. Sleeping 6 people in each Lodge, they offer luxury accommodation within the beautiful countryside of Mid Wales.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay, but we are sorry no puppies.

Private lockable garden shed with recycling facilities for optional storage of outdoor equipment.

Lon Self Catering Lodges offers the perfect holiday accommodation to relax and unwind. There are lots of wonderful walks, peaceful lanes to cycle and many mountain biking tracks. Nature reserves, pony trekking and fishing are on the doorstep and the area is a bird watcher’s paradise. Fungi forays or guided mushroom hunts are a local speciality!
Whilst staying at the self catering lodges you can try mountain biking, pony trekking, fishing, walking in the Elan Valley or visit the popular Red Kite feeding station at Gigrin, Rhayader.
