Welcome to Buckingham House, Bed & Breakfast in Saint Austell. Buckingham House Guest House is nestled in the heart of the historic fishing village of Mevagissey. A grade II listed Georgian building, Buckingham House is full of character and charm and a warm welcome from Adrian and Annie awaits our guests! We are just a short walk from the picturesque harbour and the lovely variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and pubs the village has to offer. We are only a few minutes drive from the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan (which can also be reached by a woodland footpath) and the Eden Project is also within easy reach, making our location ideal. Our four light and spacious guest rooms offer clean, comfortable accommodation
for couples, families and solo travellers. Walkers and cyclists are welcome, with secure bike storage available, Dogs are also welcome .Our guest rooms are light, spacious and comfortable, many with sea views. All our rooms are en-suite or with a private bathroom.
Most rooms have the flexibility to be offered for double, twin, family or single occupancy.

Room 1
An en-suite room with a double and single bed. The large windows offer stunning views over Mevagissey and towards the sea and make this a light and bright room.
Guests staying in this room also benefit from the use of a charming small balcony with a table and chairs and views towards the harbour and sea.
Room 2
An extremely spacious room, with a King size bed, single bed and also a relaxing seating area.
Two beautiful Georgian bay windows give plenty of light and lovely valley hillside views. The many original Georgian features, including window shutters and ornate fireplace, give this room plenty of character and charm. Room 2 has its own private bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower.
Room 3
An en-suite room with a King size bed and also a single bed. Recently refurbished, this room has a fresh, bright new look.
Two Georgian bay windows give lovely views over the valley hillside and over Mevagissey roof tops towards the sea, making this a light and cheerful room ideal for couples or families.
Room 4
A superb family suite, with a double bed, two single beds and en-suite facilities. The large windows allow plenty of light and sun into the room.
Although a family suite, the spectacular views across Mevagissey to the sea make this room a popular choice with couples and solo travellers too.
