Welcome to The Bein Inn, Bed and Breakfast in Perth & Kinross Guest House was originally built as a resting place for travellers on the traditional route north from Edinburgh to the Highlands. It enjoys a peaceful, rural location in picturesque, wooded Glenfarg, just south of Perth, a few minutes off the M90 motorway and less than an hour’s drive from the buzz and vitality of Edinburgh.All our bright spacious bedrooms have modern facilities such as en-suite bathrooms, colour TV, direct dial telephone, and our restaurant uses the finest local produce, to create imaginative menus, that has been awarded a red rosette from the AA.Luxury Suite:
We have now refurbished our luxury suite to an immaculate standard equipped with large LCD Plasma TV, new carpets, bedding, roll top bath, his & her sinks and a fabulous luxury shower.

Superior Rooms:
The four outside chalets at The Famous Bein Inn are available for hire on a self contained basis. The outside rooms are of a large size and all are equipped with LCD Plasma TV’s, new carpets, bedding and armchairs.

Standard Rooms:
The rooms in house are a mixture of twins and doubles. Each have been fitted with new carpets and new bedding. The rooms have all been freshly decorated and have double glazing throughout. These rooms have anti-insect air vents and tea and coffee making facilities.

At our delightful bed and breakfast Guest House we are renowned for our friendly welcome and relaxed, informal atmosphere. Our warm, comfortable décor and blazing log fires are in keeping with our local traditions. While our elegant accommodation also keeps in with tradition we similarly offer modern day amenities and luxury.
