Welcome to Aln House, Bed & Breakfast in Nourthumberland. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at our delightful homely and comfortable Edwardian house, situated within its own private gardens.
A gentle stroll takes you into Alnwick town centre and from there you can visit the much talked about Alnwick Gardens, with its unique tree house and restaurant and of course magnificent Castle, featured in the Harry Potter films.
Aln House is also ideally situated for touring the beautiful and historic region of Northumbria with its many castles, beaches and scenic walks all within easy reach.
All our en suite rooms are tastefully and individually decorated, and our largest room has the benefit of a bath/shower.
Enjoy the start of your day with a hearty Northumbrian breakfast served in our lovely dining room. You will find plenty to choose from on our varied breakfast menu and just let us know in advance if you require a special diet.
We have a beautiful guest lounge for you to relax in with a plentiful supply of books and games for you to enjoy. Free Wifi is available throughout the house.
Aln House has private parking and for the added benefit and safety of our guests, we are exclusively non-smoking.
The Alnwick district is a beautiful region full of things to do and see in every season. Within Alnwick itself there is the Famous Alnwick Castle featured in films such as Elizabeth and Harry Potter as well as the magnificent Alnwick Gardens with its unique tree house and many unusual water features.

Northumberland is famous for its castles and it certainly doesn’t disappoint, Located close to Alnwick are Warkworth Castle, Dunstanburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle and of course, Holy Island Castle (Lindisfarne).
