Welcome to Victoria Mount,Bed & Breakfast Vendor.Victoria Mount is an Eco aware guest house providing wonderful views across Ventnor town on the Isle of Wight. The guest house also has views of the sea and St Boniface Downs.There are 4 luxury en suite guest bedrooms available, 2 of which are king size rooms with balconies and panoramic views. The rooms all include a 22″ LCD TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, Tassimo machine, memory foam mattress, corkscrew, wine glasses, hairdryer and clock/radio. The king size rooms also have 32″ LED TVs.The guest house offers a full English or continental breakfast and newspapers are also provided.Ventnor is situated on the sunny southeast corner of the Island. If you are coming by car then any of the Island’s three ferry terminals will be fine. The drive from Yarmouth to Ventnor is the most scenic – particularly if you take the road along the south coast, from Cowes you can drive across the centre of the Island via Newport, and from Ryde, take the coast road through Sandown and Shanklin.

If you are arriving without a car, Rail Link route 16 connects Ventnor to St Lawrence and Shanklin railway station; Southern Vectis run buses on route 3 and route 6 from Ventnor to destinations including Newport, Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin. Additionally, Wightbus run the local number 31 route, which connects Ventnor to Bonchurch Village and provides additional journeys to Wroxall.

The local town has a variety of shops, places to eat and pubs. The area is a fantastic place for walking as well as exploring the many attractions in the area such as the Ventnor Botanic Gardens and Luccome Landslip.

Victoria Mount is family run guest house offering luxury accommodation and a warm welcome. Situated in the heart of the Victorian town of Ventnor, the house has a unique setting above street level affording extensive views across the town to the sea and up towards St Boniface Downs.

Ventnor is a sun trapped bay sheltered by high cliffs and St Boniface Downs into which the Victorian terraced town is built. Ventnor has a great variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and activities.

Ventnor offers idyllic countryside walks, unrivalled views from the top of St Boniface Downs across to Brighton to the east and Portland Bill in the west. Ventnor bay offers a sheltered beach with golden sands away from the prevailing winds. A short walk along the coastal cliff path to the west will bring you to the world famous Ventnor Botanic Gardens where our micro climate ensures that the rare plants flourish. To the east of the bay there is a level walk along the sea wall to Bonchurch and the Luccombe landslip (which is an area of outstanding natural beauty)
