Welcome to Trevarn Bed & Breakfast, Bed & Breakfast Falmouth. situated on the scenic route to Falmouth, and almost opposite Carwinion Gardens. We are ideally situated to visit any part of Cornwall, nowhere is more than one hour away. Our guest house is in a quiet location, with wonderful views down to Mawnan Smith village and Maenporth, reaching towards the Roseland Peninsula and beyond to the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens. Trevarn is perfectly situated for walking the coastal path, with the Helford River just down the road at Carwinion, and the Coastal path ten minutes’ walk away at Nansidwell beach. We are 400yards from Mawnan Smith, where there are shops, post office, a pub and a restaurant.
We offer 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room. Each room is well equipped and has tea and coffee making facilities, remote control flat screen television, radio, hairdryer and free wireless broadband. There is also a good selection of books and magazines.
The double room is on the first floor and has its own private bathroom with shower.
The twin room is on the ground floor with private bathroom including a large corner bath and spray shower.
The single room is on the ground floor with private bathroom including a large corner bath and spray shower.
We also offer morning room, a conservatory or a secluded garden in which to sit and guests are welcome to come and go as they please during the day.
