We visited the Kielder Observatory and booked into The Grapes Hotel. The staff were friendly, the restaurant served a varied selection of tasty local dishes; overall the experience was very good. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable; the bed was especially amazing. So comfortable! We would definitely return. Lucian and Helen.
