Accommodation is self-contained with guests having their own entrance and exclusive use of their own bathroom with bath/shower. The guest accommodation consists of a very spacious, comfortable bedroom (with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge and TV) and a separate breakfast room.

Guests have full access to the garden and full use of the off-road car parking facilities. Treave Barns is in a very rural location so the nearest public house is a good walk away, but guests have their own fridge in which to keep any chilled drinks they wish to consume either in-doors or whilst making use of the patio area pictured above.

A hearty full English breakfast (using local organic produce extensively) is on offer, but other preferences will be gladly catered for (please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements). Breakfast is served till 11am allowing guests a relaxed lay-in.

The Belerion B&B is also home to a couple of dogs, a gentle collie cross called Max and an exuberant Cocker Spaniel called Pud. None of the pets are allowed in guest accommodation, but they like all the attention going.

Charges are £40 a night for single occupancy, £30 a night per person for multi-occupancy, with children under 12 at £12.50 a night and children under 5 free.
