All meals are home cooked, and we offer both room and breakfast, or optional evening meal. Our ground floor bedroom accommodation provides excellent accommodation for visitors who may have difficulty with stairs. Visitors are very welcome to pre-view our accommodation to ensure suitability.

At traffic lights after Football Ground proceed straight over traffic lights into Castleton Boulevard.
Take the first turning left into Hoylake Drive.
Hoylake Guesthouse is on the left after about 200 yards.
Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52).
Take first main turning right after passing over main traffic lights into Seaview Road. Take first turning right into Hoylake Drive.
Hoylake Guesthouse is on the right in about 100 yards.
Cross Richmond Drive and turn left. Proceed north, along A52 to cross roads with A158 (Ship Hotel)
Cross Castleton Boulevard and turn right into Castleton Boulevard.
Take first left into Hoylake Drive.
Hoylake Guesthouse is on the left after about 200 yards.
