Hesleyside is a stunning country house that provides B&B accommodation in some of the most beautiful surroundings in the north east of England. Our luxurious bed and breakfast is perfect for those who are looking for a well deserved break away and our impeccably decorated and furnished bedrooms are sure to help you relax and unwind.
We have 3 stunning guest rooms available at Hesleyside; End Bedroom, Night Nursery and Boudoir. Each of these rooms includes comfortable beds, soft pillows and plenty of space to relax. The End Bedroom is the best B&B room in the house. It has Victorian hand blocked wallpaper, antiques, views of the parkland and all the comforts of a luxury 5 star hotel. There is a super king luxury 4 poster bed, TV, Wi-Fi access, Nespresso machine, tea making facilities and an en suite bathroom with a copper roll top bath. The Night Nursery was once the family nursery in our country house and has wonderful views. This guest room has a super king luxury 4 poster bed, Nespresso machine & tea making facilities and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath. The Boudoir was the Chatelaine’s private bedroom and sitting room, it includes a super king bed that can be split into twin beds, tea/coffee making facilities, TV, Wi-Fi access and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and roll top bath.
Breakfast is served in our elegant dining room and made using produce from our walled garden and local farms. After breakfast why not stroll around the grounds or relax in our library.
Hesleyside is a magnificent historic family home set within grounds landscaped by Capability Brown and located in the heart of the Northumberland National Park. Hesleyside is a private country house where guests can stay in luxury and experience 800 years of Northumbrian history. There are plenty of walks in the surrounding area and many attractions to suit all interests. Alternately you can simply enjoy the serenity of our B&B’s location, read a book and take in the fresh country air.
