Self Catering in Banffshire
Welcome to Glenlivet House Cottage, Self Catering in Banffshire. Glenlivet House Cottage sleeps up to 14 people, on The Glenlivet Estate right by The Speyside Way and near the Glenlivet Distillery.
The self catering cottage is comfortable and fully furnished with central heating. The kitchen has an aga, utility room and large dining/reception area. The sitting room is upstairs and has Sky TV and open fire. There is a double/twin master that has an en-suite and attached is a single room. There are 3 twin bedrooms, a double and also a small through twin room.
It is self-catering, but the services of a local chef can be arranged. The Croft Inn is a 5 minute drive. The shop/postoffice in Tomnavoulin is 5 minutes drive, Ballindalloch 10 minutes drive, with Aberlour and Craigellachie 20 minutes drive. Elgin, which has a large range of supermarkets that will deliver, is 35 minutes drive.
Bed and Breakfast
Two en-suite double bedrooms, and a twin, are also available for Bed and Breakfast in Glenlivet House (formerly Blairfindy Lodge)
Eating Out:
There is a good variety of local hosteleries/restaurants to be found.
The nearest pub: The Croft Inn, which also serves food, is 5 mins drive away. The Delnashaugh Hotel is 10 mins drive, also serving good food. Ring both for opening times though.
There is also a selection of eateries in Tomintoul , as well as in Aberlour, Dufftown and Grantown-on-Spey.
Well behaved pets are welcome (self catering only).
