The Superking room is located on the first floor and offers, as the name suggests, a super king size bed. There is an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath. The bed in the room can also be turned into two singles by arrangement.
The King room is on the second floor and offers a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with power shower. The window in the rooms overlooks the garden.
The final room is The Little Double, this room has a small en suite bathroom with power shower and a double bed.
The Fernery offers a range of food for breakfast meaning there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is the choice of a full English breakfast, a continental breakfast and a variety of other options including beans on toast, smoked salmon and a vegetarian option.
Weather permitting you can relax in the garden in the B&B that is fragranced with fresh lavender and brightened by buddleia, honeysuckle and ferns. You can even have breakfast in the garden if the sun is shining.

Beaches – Saunton Sands beach offers phenomenal dunes, expansive landscape and impressive surf scene make this beach a local must see. Woolacombe beach is a fabulous family friendly beach next to a vibrant seaside town.
