We have three self catering flats available, all with a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Our flats ideally sleep up to four or five people, or more dependant on level of comfort required.
All flats have gas central heating and are fully equipped for normal residential use, including kitchen equipment and utensils.
There is no extra charge for water, gas or electricity and the cost includes linen and towel changes and weekly cleaning.
Located in Southend’s picturesque conservation area, Everhome Apartments are ideally situated within walking distance of a range of tourist attractions.
The area is quiet, but still only a ten minute walk from the High Street.
As a guest at Everhome Apartments, you are close to various amenities and local tourist attractions, suitable for the whole family.

In 1988 we entered the hotelier industry with the Tower Hotel in Alexandra Road, before purchasing the flats next door to begin a self catering accommodation option for guests. In 2002 we sold the hotel to focus on our self catering apartments.
