COACHYARD MEWS:
comprises six of Cornwall’s Premier Self Catering Cottages and is ideal for your holiday in padstow . It is a modern development with a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom homes, right in the heart of the town, just up from the harbour and shops, and opposite Rick Stein’s St. Petroc’s Hotel and Restaurant in New Street and just yards from Rick Stein’s world famous Sea food restaurant in St. Edmunds Lane. Each of these cottages has the benefit of parking adjacent to the property. They were built by the current owner in 1992, and they are tastefully decorated, very well equipped and beautifully maintained throughout. A garden hot tub is available for the exclusive use of guests resident in No.4 Coachyard Mews. Pamper yourself in the sunshine or by starlight in this 6-seater 29 jet hot tub in water temperatures of up to 39 deg C. Rental from just £74 per week.

THYME COTTAGE:
is also one of Cornwall’s Premier Self Catering Cottages, This cottage is a detached bungalow with a large conservatory and parking, just 15 minutes’ level walk from the town centre, along the picturesque Camel Trail, on the outskirts of the town. This property lies in a quiet location and is approached by a single track lane. Current ownership of this property goes back to 1990 and it has been well maintained and equipped by the owner.

All of our properties are inspected annually by the English Tourist Board. We have recently replaced all double and single mattresses with luxury memory foam, decorated internally to give the cottages a lovely seaside feel, installed worktop freezers, and purchased new 21 inch colour televisions for the lounges with teletext with many extra digital channels courtesy of Freeview. Ceramic hobs are now standard equipment in all of our properties. All of this is in addition to our annual service and redecoration of the properties.
