Very quite here, no road noise, only the call of the rooks in the big pines opposite – a quintessential English country sound if ever there was one! None of the worry, as with more rural cottages, as to who is going to drive home after your evening out!!! Homes just a stroll away here.
Lindsay, an avid ‘holiday cottage stayer herself’, has tried to create a cosy atmosphere. Full of pictures, books, plants and tasteful furnishings; as if it were her own home. Window boxes and tubs of flowers welcome you to this self-catering holiday cottage sleeping four. Choosing the Cotswolds to create her ideal holiday cottage.

These are quiet rooms no traffic noise or nightime revellers to spoil your slumber
The garden is sunny and quiet with garden furniture

Shopping is varied – posh frock shops, boutiques, home interiors, gifts, books old and new, musical instruments, antiques, paintings, rugs/far eastern jewellery etc, kitchen/cook shop, cheese shop, Artisan bakers (Hobbs a Rick Steins Food Hero) a butchers supplying local produced meat, delicatessen, fresh fish counter at Chefs Table, Handmade Chocolates, Flowers/plants, Garden Ornaments, Vintage Clothing.
