All the guest rooms at Catesby Barn Farm have been recently created to a very high standard and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style with bespoke furniture made locally.
All the rooms feature hospitality trays with Coffees, Teas, Hot Chocolate and biscuits, fridges with fresh milk and bottled water – bring your own wine.
Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the B&B.
All rooms are non smoking but guests are welcome to smoke outside on patio areas or in the garden.
Children of all ages are most welcome to stay with us. We also allow well behaved pets in the rooms. All dogs should be kept on leads at all times whilst outside.
Our six seater Hot Tub is the ideal place to relax with a glass of wine during your stay with us.
Use of the Hot Tub is complementary for all guests staying with us.
Located on our secluded patio area, the Tub is maintained at 37 degrees C throughout the year.
The farm is situated between Staverton village and Upper Catesby, near Daventry. Catesby Barn Farm lies secluded from the road and overlooks the Shuckburgh estate and the old, disused railway viaduct. We offer a complete, private and relaxing break for our guests, whether looking for a holiday destination or business stay. We are ideally situated to major road networks, the M1, M6, M40 are all within approximately half an hour drive.
We run a small, private working livery yard, along with the horses, we also run a small flock of sheep. If you wish to holiday with your horse, accommodation can also be found (grazing + stable).
Rates: £45 per person per night.
£70 per room per night based on 2 people sharing.
