Bed & Breakfast in Leicestershire
Welcome to Breedon Hall, Bed & Breakfast in Leicestershire. A listed Georgian manor house B&B, lovingly restored by its present owners, and nestling in secluded gardens in the village centre, Breedon Hall Wolsey Lodge is in an ideal location for a luxury B&B stopover as it is just off the M1, on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border.
B&B guests are welcomed with refreshments on arrival, usually served in the spacious kitchen. On the first floor there are two light and capacious guest rooms, both en suite, one a bathroom (complete with roll top bath) and the other a deluxe shower room. On the second floor, a further large king size room with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, a small single (occasional double) and a twin bedded room all en suite. Rooms are individually decorated, luxuriously furnished and are very well appointed.
In fine weather B&B guests enjoy the garden, which includes a croquet lawn. Bicycles are available for exploring further afield.
With Cordon Bleu standard evening meals and breakfasts including homemade granola, jams and marmalade with local eggs, bacon and sausages, Breedon Hall Wolsey Lodge is justifiably proud of its culinary reputation.
Breedon Hall is an 18th century manor house tucked away behind high walls in the Leicestershire village of Breedon on the Hill. She has been a sleeping beauty for a long time but now we’ve brought her back to life with an ambitious programme of restoration and refurbishment.
We opened our doors to the public for the first time in October 2013 and are now able to offer high quality bed & breakfast accommodation as well as offering a bespoke events venue.
Our location means we are perfectly situated with easy access to Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire & Staffordshire.
