Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers, photographers and artists, and the perfect location for that promised romantic break !
At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. The name “Bodlondeb” translates from Welsh to “Peace & Tranquility” in English.

“Pentre Felin” translates to Mill Village, we are located next to the former Watermill. It is the original part of Betws-y-Coed before the A5 road was constructed and the later part of the village was developed.

A charming, 17th century, stone built cottage, supremely located in the delightful village of Betws-y-Coed, the property is the oldest house in the village and was a former Coaching Inn known as the Miners Inn.
Bodlondeb also had the first ever telephone exchange in the village.

It has been our home for the past 30 years
until we renovated and extended the adjoining former stable block and blacksmiths known as Tan-y-Foel, which is now our new home.
Bodlondeb is light and airy throughout and decorated in a traditional style, amid an inviting “home from home” atmosphere.
