All bookings are subject to full payment at the time of arrival. All bookings are accompanied by an email confirmation which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is guest responsibility to ensure you receive this confirmation if we do not hear from you we will assume the booking is correct.

When you make your booking a legally binding contract exists between us that is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. If for some reason you do need to cancel, it is important that you tell us within 72 hours of your booking arrival s that we may attempt to re-let your room and minimise your loss. You should take out cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss. Arden Lodge Cancellation policy We respectfully remind guests that by making a reservation and accepting accommodation by telephone or in writing constitute a legally binding contract between themselves and the Arden Lodge. In the event of Non-cancellation or ‘no show’ 100% of the total balance will be due.

Ample parking is available, and there is an excellent bus service, with Oxford City Centre about 10 minutes away.
The Arden Lodge is within a 5 minute bus ride of Summertown, a local shopping centre with a great selection of restaurants, independent shops, chain stores and banks. Close to a number of tourist attractions: The famous and historic town of Woodstock and _Blenheim Palace_ (linked text where highlighted) are only 6 miles away to the north. _Bicester Village_is only 10 miles away – home to over 130 boutiques offering collections at up to 60% off all year round.
