We are situated right in the heart of the Burns Corridor. Enjoy our rustic gardens, which are overlooked by the famous Blackcraig Hill and a short walk away from Afton Water a source of inspiration for Ayrshire”s famous baird himself.
Stay with us and you will experience a warm welcome. We have three beautiful rooms, where you will be delighted with our exceptional views. You don”t need to be an art lover to stay here, but be prepaired to be inspired by original paintings of the local area, a constant source of inspiration to your hostess, Julie.
You might also enjoy viewing wildlife on our garden CCTV cameras. Close by there is golf and fishing, an excellent spa, open air heated swimming pool and a picturesque reservoir that only takes an hour to walk around.

The detached villa is set within half an acre of its own grounds where pheasants, woodpeckers, roe deer and the occasional fox can easily be seen while you are drinking in the beautiful views.
What you can expect: The accommodation is spacious. Breakfasts are filling and we aim to use as much locally bought fresh produce as possible. Our own hens produce the large eggs for breakfast, which are also used for home baked foods.
Everybody is welcome to stay whether you are looking for a nights accommodation when visiting friends and family, or attending a local wedding, or working in the area on conservation projects, or bird surveys etc.
There are options for more involved stays at our B&B. Our unique approach is to offer painting holidays too. You will find an array of artwork on the walls in the guest lounge and breakfast room to stimulate your interest and maybe inspire you to develop your own artistic abilities. Spa/Pamper Days, nearby and from £50 – £65 for two people sharing.
