The bed and breakfast has 10 rooms all of which are en suite and one twin/single that has a private shower and W.C.
All of the B&B rooms have flat screen TV/DVD/CD players, alarm clocks, tea/coffee and biscuits, designer toiletries and good quality linen throughout.
We offer a full breakfast menu with many and varied choices including a specials board which changes daily. We cook to order so everything is fresh to the table in our large and bright Dining room or you can dine alfresco if you prefer.
Sky TV is available in the Dining / Lounge area and a 47″ flat screen freeview TV is available in the main Guest Lounge. Wi-Fi is free as is parking both on and off street. We have a large collection of CD’s/ DVD’s and books to borrow on request.
There is a games room with a full size pool table, darts and a cards/gaming table also Game Boy including the games.
We can arrange for the use of the barbeque and there is an extensive outdoor seating area, covered and uncovered for your use. There is an in-house café serving coffees, teas and freshly baked cakes all day and we also have a large selection of top award winning ice creams from the ice cream bar.
Close to the bed and breakfast are many excellent Championship courses and other interesting courses are within easy traveling distance including St Andrews, Carnoustie, Monifieth, Barry, Crail, Kirriemuir, Forfar, GlenIsla, Dukes & Kingsbarns.
When touring, Broughty Ferry is your ideal base to give easy access to the rest of Scotland.
