Located in the centre of the historic village of Aberdour Hotel, on the north shore of the Firth of Forth, this family run hotel was a 17th century coaching inn. Some of the original features have been retained but the property has been tastefully converted into a delightful 16 bedroom hotel with full bar and restaurant facilities. While Aberdour is a peaceful and picturesque coastal village the location of the hotel offers easy access to Edinburgh (35 minutes by car or train), the M90 motorway which links Edinburgh to the scenic Scottish Highlands (10 minutes), St Andrews (1 Hr) and Edinburgh Airport (25 minutes). All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and most have WiFi access. There are superior rooms in the former stable block which also has wheelchair access for the disabled. The hotel has a superb reputation with locals and visitors for imaginative and creative Scottish cuisine. Our chef uses a fine range of fresh local produce which ensures that our customers have a memorable dining experience.We are perfectly situated for golf breaks on some of the finest golf courses in Scotland as well as the many other tourist attractions that the East of Scotland has to offer.
The Hotel has 16 well appointed ensuite bedrooms. There is 1 single room, 6 double rooms, 5 twin rooms, 1 family room and 3 superior double rooms located in the Stable Block. All have tea/coffee making facilities, digital television, are non smoking and most have free Wi-Fi internet access.
Special requests such as wine, champagne, chocolates or fresh flowers to be placed in your room on arrival can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Superior Double Rooms:
The superior double rooms situated in the Stable Block all have super king size beds, a comfortable leather sofa and coffee table. One of these rooms also features a remote control real flame fire. Two of these rooms are at ground level providing easy access for disabled guests.
Family Room:
Our comfortable family room is equipped with 1 double and 2 single beds and is perfect for a family or group travelling together.
